Thanks alot again guys .. I took advantage of the all the cast irion Karen gave me and made a few pots of beans to practice then one day I went with a small ham and some sweet taters . and it was guuuuuuuud .. Just worried about the quarter size ruat spot on the small dutch oven .

Wow ..all these Pitboys videos look great . My wife was cleaning out her pantry and let me have some real heavy cast / black iron roasting pans – skillets and 2 dutch ovens that look in great shape . ( a little bit of rust on one of the dutch ovens ) . I should get my butt in gear and clean that black iron up and get to bbq’n!!

Hey y’all!
Been bbq’in since I was 7,glad to finally find some like minded folks! Always had trouble makin my own sauce,’cept for the italian-style one my wife loves that didn’t come out as expected,but hey. Like y’all,I live bbq’in big chunks of meat. Gunna have to turn you guys on to my bbq’d leg of lamb/ham easter bbq. Oooooohh,maaann! Thanx for the tips,I gotta go bbq a coupla dozen big ol’ burgers with hot peppers,my stomachs’ growlin!!

I didn’t even like to touch the grill until I saw these videos. Now I’ve been grilling for about a year and half, and have BBQ’S damn near everyday. Thanx BBQ pit boys you made my grilling techniques even better.
