    u can use pam which is a cooking spray and natrual baking spray which is better for baking

    Olive oil leaves an unwanted taste. You can probably use a flavourless oil.

    it means an oil spray like in replacement of butter for cooking or baking mainly and it is mostly used for greasing pans for baking.
