I made this dish! It was really easy. As for the Satay… I don’t have a grill, so I had to use a pan (without the sticks…). It tasted good, but I know it would of been 100x better on a grill. Anyways… the peanut sauce, I don’t care what country it’s from, was great! My mom is a picky eater and still loved it.

you must not good in cooking at all. I’m not Thai, but, I cook thai food,American food, Italian food, and Chinese food.

It’s weird that she used sweetened condensed milk. In Thailand, we use coconut milk with cane sugar instead.
Pork stay is really popular than beef one and it can be a main dish. It usually comes with sliced cucumber salad with vinegar.
