Wow this looks like really amazing and pretty simple too. Too bad that you have to wait a day to eat it, I guess you could start in the morning on the weekend and have it for dinner. Thanks Chef John you do great work.

You can cut out a good hour of cooking by pressure cooking the beans first, and then adding it to this delicious broth! But I wonder if that will take away from the flavor?

in sweden there is a similiar thing called “ärtsoppa” which pretty much is peas and pork boiled together for a long time. so good.
