    great video! but i gotta say this, even though I know you said it wasn’t medical advice. Some antidepressants need to be tapered off. A LOT of them can make depression 50 times worse if you go cold turkey because it throws your brain chemistry into a crazy storm. just thought you might want to know that incase you ever talk about this subject again.

    Any friend that comes up to me for advice on certain health issues, the first insight I get from the field is tons of green juice :) whatever we’re dealing with, theres no way getting atleast a few more portions of greens a day cannot help with! Keep it real, guys n gals, n thanks Dan! :D

    Great video ! i would rather trust Dan who is not a doctor, yes, than a ” real ” doctor who see no relation between what we eat and heatlh …
    According to me, doctor’s job is not to help people to recover health, if they did, they won’t have a job anymore right ??
    Putting my health and life in someone esle ’s hand is not a solution i would like to chose, but i can understand why so many people don’t trust enough themselves to take care of their own health.

    I for one can say for me PERSONALY that the perscriptions I was on did hurt me. Not ALL of them but some really did hurt me and I didnt know until I ran out and noticed I feel better. I diffently think anyone considering stop taking thier meds should talk to thier dr about the right way to get off the med because some can kill you if you just stop taking them all of a sudden. but natural foods and herbs have been much better for me.

    YOU ARE NOT A DOCTOR! I have known people who have died because they have been given the wrong advice by people who knew nothing about the patients background or about medication. Advocate raw food and a bit of psychology but stop there.

    I really needed to hear this, thank you, Dan!
    I already started to eat only raw food, I feel a little dizzy(I think because of my anxiety and panic attacks I feel this symptoms twice as strong ). Anyway, I try to think that it’s ok and your every day video keeps me going. Today it’s my fourth day, I really hope to resist 7 days.

    One last thing..many times before I do this workout or even during it I may not even feel like doing it..but as I do these movements/exercises & after about thirty minutes into this workout then it becomes like a dance & I’m just each moment thinking/improvising of a new thing to do like I may decide to do a crabwalk for thirty yards, or sprint 5 yards than jog 5 yards then sprint 5 so on..it is fun and exhilarating, and stimulates creativity as well.
