Thanks for all the great Gujarati recipes you’ve posted (in addition to all the others), especially this one as it might very well be my favourite. I wasn’t overly familiar with the cuisine from the Western part of India at first but I’m amazed at how vegetarian-friendly Gujarati cuisine is. I’m not a vegetarian but I can be on some days at least because of recipes like this one (as well as handvo, dhokla, kadhi, etc). Keep up the great work!
