Can you please tell me which atta you use Mrs. Manjula?
Help!!
I use Golden Temple whole wheat atta and it is very coarse and my roti’s never puff and even worse I have started to hate making roti’s.
I have used hot water/oil and have also tried soaking the atta for some time. I used to make nice roti’s back home in India. Here nothing seems to work
