Hey man, what do you think of breads? (Whole-wheat I mean) I seem to eat a lot of that, along with fruit, as my main food source. I need more vegetable sources, though.

wow, you look really good! I’ve been thinking of going raw but I’m stuck on the 40-30-30 thing and I am wondering if I would be able to maintain my body composition (low body fat) with no meat. I guess, by looking at you, that it is possible, THANKS!

I see. I wonder if fruits and vegetables are good after the expiration dates. After all they’re there for a reason?
November 20th, 2009 at 4:22 pm
Expiration dates bro
November 20th, 2009 at 4:22 pm
Really, do they? I don’t understand why?

Just a hint brother; food stores throw away food like you cannot believe. Make a friend at the store and your money issue will be a non issue.

Well said my friend! You are really living it! You tell it like it is and really know what you are talking about. This is real and this is a gift form God that you even are on this path! Good health is everything! I am so happy that I met Dr Graham and read his wonderfully written book. Glad to hear people like you and my husband living it and giving testimony for this lifestyle..you could change the world! Right on!!

Hi there. Here are a couple suggestion regarding that pain in the shoulder blades.
1. They are directly behind the lungs so breathing. Chakra wise, it is the heart chakra. You could be eliminating toxins from those areas of your body or if it is more of an emotional, esoteric experience then you might try EFT and do some laying of the hands on your heart area. My mantra is,” I’m letting go of any energy or emotions that might be stuck here. Take deep breaths with Diaphragm.

Wow, thanks! Had no clue about that. From on I will add this juice (or any of your juices, haven’t tried this thing before) to my post workout snacks along with some other stuff that I usually eat. Got anything that I should think of when preparing my first juice?

1 bunch of spinach contains a whopping 10 grams of protein! But more importantly it contains ALL of the amino acids that a human needs!
November 20th, 2009 at 4:22 pm
Awesome work your’e doing, really appreciate it. But I was just wondering over the spinach, is it really so high on protein? I thought it contained at the most 2% or something less than that? Or do you suggest we don’t need more than that? Or maybe your’e simply suggesting that we should consume alot of it?
/Peace
