I just made a variation of these!! OMG – sooooooo delicious.
I added 1 cup of dates, 1 cup of soaked almonds, 1 cup coconut oil, 2 tsps yacon powder, 1 tsp barley powder, 1 cup shelled hemp, 1 cup Gojis .. around a cup of water to blend.
Had to wait half an hour before they froze properly.
Oooh … and I added some cacao nibs to the bottom of the silicon cups, so it’s extra yummy!!
Totally mind blowingly DELICIOUS!!! Thanks for the inspiration!!!!!

I’d love a gorgeous, madly in love man to make ME a batch of Almond Dream Bars! (in the voice of Veruca Salt – ha ha).
Alas, I’ve had to make them myself – TWICE – and they are b.e.y.o.n.d delicious. I was wondering how to use that Lecuma powder. It adds the perfect taste of sweetness. Thank you so much, Angela and Matt, Loving you!
