I use an old meat mincer, works quite well. I also use it for green juices.
A masticating juicer is preferable but can be a bit expensive if you don’t use it much.

My grandma used to make that for us, my parents still do it once in a while. Back then we put it right into a cone, but we eat it from a cup now. I gotta get one of those machines.

It’s a juicer. A brands I know that looks like this is a Lexson or Green Star. But there are also youtube videos that show you can whip frozen bananas in a food processer or blender to make the ice-cream.

What a wonderful ice cream. The only thing is, I do not know the name of the machine that you used to make the banana ice cream. Without the name of the machine, I just enjoy looking at you make your wonderful fruit ice cream. My suggestion is for you to say what machine you used to make the ice cream, because some of us do not know and are just learning.

You don’t need any machine for banana ice cream. Just freeze the bananas(in the peel) and then partially thaw them out and mash them up with a fork or whatever-You’ll be amazed at how good it tastes! Refreeze it or not to get the consistency You want. Of course with a delicious raw chocolate syrup and/or fruit and/or the cashew cream featured in this vid it can only be more heavenly!

I’m very sorry, but I don’t understand how your icecream maker works! I’m very interested in learning how to make healthy icecream! My wife and I absolutely love icecream and we are trying to eat healthy, so I have been thinking if it’s possible to make healthy icecream so we don’t feel so guilty when we eat icecream!
Thanks for all the videos!
I’ve already learned a great deal from you guys and I’m very grateful for your tips!
Thanks!!

hi guys…that was good that you tried to switch places..just so you know, kevin, homeopathically your constitution is (likely) phosphorous which is why you are so big-energy, and annemarie is likely a calcarea carb. constitution which is why she is naturally inward and earthy! helps explains things…
