You always crack your eggs into a seperate dish…then add them. That way if you get a bad egg or a bloddy egg you dont have to waste all your butter etc.

Why do you dilute the baking soda, why not just add to the dry ingredients, like the salt and flour?

Why don’t you put all of the eggs in a measuring cup and then add the eggs one at a time. That would be much safer; especially for the novice cooks.

I would prefer to open the eggs separately, so I don’t get shells in the mix. That was classic!
