I’ll definitely be making that this summer. Thanks.
I’ve heard that some people don’t add the parmigian until they’re about to use it, because they say the cheese doesn’t freeze that well.
I’ve also heard of someone who adds some lemon juice so that it won’t turn so dark in the freezer.
I’ve never made it, so i don’t know if ti works.
