You can do this with a large food processor, or, a stand mixer using the creaming attachment. Use a spatula to incorporate the dry ingrediants from the bottom to the top, it works great since I do not have a food processor.

made this last nite… doubled the recipe for chicken pot pie. flaky rich moist inner crust flaky outside. BEST PIE DOUGH RECIPE IVE EVER HAD.

I have tried different recipes for pie crusts.This is by far the best pie crust it comes out flaky and tender. I used this recipe for beef potpie.

ok didn’t use sugar and used oleo not butter. I didn’t measure anything just sorta did the eyeball on it and ya know what.. turned out wonderful. Ised an iron skillet for the pie pan baked it and ate it and wow it was good!
