i love most of ur recipe’s…. but shud say that i make pizza all the time without even using half of the ingredients u ve used here….and with less than half the u ‘ve taken…
Pizza sauce freezes very well. You can divide it into smaller portions and use either the small snack size or sandwich ziploc bags. This way, the next time you need it, you can defrost as much as you need. Another option is to make a pasta dish (spaghetti, ravioli, etc) and use up the sauce.
hii!!! i tried tis receipe n the pizza came out really gud … jus wanted to ask u question the pizza sauce i got from the store n we r only a family of 3 ppl so ter is lots of leftover of tis sauce.. do u have any idea how i can make use of tis leftover sauce n the can says i can rerigerate n use it within 3 days…
I think u guys rock…I tried your coconut barfi recipe….it was awsome…I have compared the recipes by other chefs on net but your recipes are better than others…keep posting new recipes….thanks
Exactly, it should be called something else because it’s not a pizza. I love pizza so much being in NYC and eating pizza since I was very young. Also, when I was 5, I stopped eating my mom’s cooking because I hated Indian foods. Just because you’re Japanese, doesn’t mean that you are supposed to like Teriyaki chicken. At a pizzeria close by, an Indian guy works there, but he makes it the right way. He doesn’t try to Indianize something that’s not supposed to be.
LOL. That’s funnnny. Good to see an Indian person say this. At least you’re being real. I have to say that chapati flour, sooji flour, garlic and black pepper and corn meal have no business in a pizza. They shouldn’t have called it a pizza, they should have changed it’s name, call it dough with cheese or something, because this is an insult to pizzas.
Agreed. Some of these ingredients don’t even belong in a pizza. And I’m a huge pizza lover! Leave it to Indian people to screw up foods. I know because I’m Indian and they always butcher great dishes in my neighborhood, like chicken fried rice. Like you said, they put the effort in it which I suppose is good, but then again it’d probably be better if they didn’t try at all.
Bet you washed your stone before putting it in the oven. You should avoid washing the stone. Usually, the high heat burns off any of the food residue…after which you can just brush it off with a wire or plastic brush. If you do decide to wash it, you have to thoroughly dry it before heating it.
fuck you they know what they are doing. So fukk off . Just because they are indians if they were a jamie oliver or Gordon ramsis you would say hmmmmm excellent recipe.
Thank you very very much for comming to the programm and telling people about how to make such waste pizza…They know nothing about pizza…i give 2/10…they got 2 for their effort not for pizza lolz…baddddddddddddd..poorrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

You said “For a basic pizza dough”… Actually you are wrong. Your recipe is quite difficult. A basic dough is 3 ingredients.
