Oh stop beating your own drum woman! We all just add all the spices by approximation..we dont go weighing the ingredients as we cook! You’re an average cook at best..in NO WAY an expert…

chicken pakora is gorgeous! love indian food its so tasty. wonder if you could just use chicken instead of onions/caulliflower or is it a different recipe for the chicken?
