Are the ingredients hard to find? I’m not that good of a cook myself. I hate cooking because I always hate the ingredient part. My seasoning would be simple. Salt and pepper. But I hate it. It taste too plain.

THank you for the comment. The chicken will be cooked perfect after 10 minutes, you can try it after 10 minutes and see if you like it, if not you can cook it a little longer.

in Turkish, şiş (shish) means skewer and tavuk means chicken!

I’m from Baghdad, wee cook this on weekend BBQs. I add red pepper paste instead of tomato sauce. It’s color is lighter and the taste is light too.
