Hi Aunty
Thank you for this lovely recipe.Ragulla is my favourite sweet. I tried making it before with some other method but the size of ball was same as i put it in syrup, but when i tried your recipe my paneer balls really puffed up almost double in size and it really came gud. I’ll try your rasmallai recipe too..
November 21st, 2009 at 5:06 am
when I make this, sometimes they come out a bit flat, it is because the paneer is so soft. It is ok though, you can turn it into rasmalai! PERFECT!

What if someone uses, baking powder when making small alls? so that later on the Carbon-di-oxide lets the syrup to be inserted in the rasgullas?
Please advice….

Hi,
Sorry for the message sent earlier ” SO Funny” – My son made the trick – excuse us.
We have tried your recipe – everything came out good, but seems a bit rubbery.
Is it anything I can do to avoid.
Thanx
